COLLEGE INSOMNIA!

Virtually everyone college-aged or older has experienced it.  That horrible thing that makes it impossible to rest.  OR when you finally CAN fall asleep, you've spent so much time freaking out about not being able to sleep that you don't get much before it's time to get up.

I'VE FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR ME!   Some chamomile tea has made me so relaxed I could drift off to sleep any time now.  I HIGHLY recommend it.  personally I got some sleepytime tea, but I'm sure almost any kind will help.

Insomnia help is ALWAYS relevant, am I right? I'm right!

  3. Insomnia sucks. I've always had trouble sleeping. When I was 16 I discovered weed and pretty soon I was smoking a joint every night before bed to help me get to sleep. Im 25 now and have decided I shouldn't be dependent on this crutch anymore (don't get me wrong I still love smoking but just not every day, and not to get to sleep) but I had forgotten how much of a pain in the ass it can be lying in bed for hours on end without being able to sleep.

I'll try some chamomile tea tonight and let you know if it works for me!

  11. No, just chamomile. My friend got hooked on some sleeping pills and is currently weening himself off them. Don't use sleeping pills unless you need to do something drastic ex: airplane trip, reset sleep pattern, etc.
Also, warm milk works really well. Better than tea, really, but only if your not lactose intolerant. Nothing keeps me up better than a bad case of gut wrenching.

  12. I've always found routine to be the most help. if you do the same thing every day for the thirty minutes before you go to bed, you'll get to sleep easy.

  16. Try some melatonin if you need a reset. If I absolutely cannot sleep, I pop 3mgs and I'm out in 20 mins

  22. you are right, i always need help with insomnia. Specially if i smash down an energy drink to stay awake and finish an assessment, then when i need those precious hours in the wee hours, i toss and turn :| have to invest in some of this chamomile stuff.
